Mandhir’s investment career began after he graduated from Duke in 1993.  He started as a buy-side equity analyst at McKinley Capital Management in New York and subsequently moved to J.& W. Seligman (now Ameriprise Financial) where he spent 2 years as an Investment Analyst in the Small Cap Fund with with additional responsibilities on the Seligman Large Cap and Technology Funds.  From 2001 to 2008, Mandhir was an Investment Officer/Limited Partner at HHR Asset Management, an equity long-short hedge fund based in Berkeley Heights, NJ. HHR Asset Management was founded over 30 year ago in 1986 and is one of the longest running hedge funds.  He subsequently joined IronBridge Capital Management as Co-Portfolio Manager of the Global Equity strategy. In 2017 Mandhir launched the Mach Innovation Fund.

As a resident of Basking Ridge, NJ, since 2004, Mandhir has been an active volunteer in the local community.  He currently volunteers his time on the Ridge High School Field Hockey program.  While at Duke he was a volunteer Coach of the nationally ranked Duke Field Hockey team.  He represented New Delhi in the National Track & Field games, ran the New York Marathon twice and continues to be an avid runner.  He likes to play squash, go skiing and sailing when he gets an opportunity.  He is Board Emeritus for SikhRI, an institute making Sikh education accessible to anyone.

Mandhir has an MBA in Finance from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA Honors in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.

Achint started her career as a teacher at Carmel Convent School a K-12 school in India, before moving to the US in 1996.  From 1998 to 2001 she supervised accounting and hiring at Amtex Systems, an IT outsourcing company based in New York.  From 2001 to 2012 she took and extended time off to be a home maker. In 2004 she became a volunteer at the Bridgewater Khalsa School as a teacher and curriculum coordinator before becoming Principal in 2009.  In 2012 she took on the responsibilities at the Kaur & Singh Academy (KASA), a non-profit educational institution based in New Jersey.  She served as Principal and Curriculum Lead during her time at KASA.  During her time at KASA she oversaw the expansion of the Academy with a second location in Southern California.  In September 2018 joined her husband Mandhir to work at Mach.

She continues to volunteer some of her time to KASA and several other causes such as Knit/Crochet with love – a 501 (3)(c) non-profit organization providing support to cancer patients across the country.  Achint has also has been involved in several organizations including the local public school system at the Bernards Township School District - elementary, middle & high levels and the Sikh Research Institute.

Achint graduated with a degree in Accounting & Management and a second one in Elementary School Education.

Harvinder is an MBA and CPA by training and has a wide range of management experiences in Entertainment, Technology, Pharmaceutical, Trading, Publishing, Retail, Services, and Manufacturing. Harvinder and Mandhir have worked together on projects through AnalysisIQ in providing research resources to the Buyside.  As Senior Research Analyst, Harvinder will be bringing his broad domain knowledge to provide insights into various industries, discuss competitive analysis, determine product roadmaps and identify critical milestones among other research needs at Mach.

Harvinder is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting.  He has a CPA and an MBA from York University at the University of British Columbia in Canada. He has several other certifications in the computer software field.

Advaith has been conducting fundamental bottom-up equity research across sectors including Technology, Industrials, Healthcare, and Consumer Staples.  His responsibilities include using public informations available (10K, company presentations, SEC fillings, etc.) to develop detailed financial models for Mach. The models include forecasting income statements, balance sheets, cashflow statements and DCF models for companies of interest.  Advaith is proficient in Corporate Finance and Valuation, and familiar with the principles of IFRS and GAAP.  He is also proficient with the Microsoft 365 Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and has worked with software Packages including SPSS and Stata.

Advaith completed his Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Hons.) from the Symbiosis School of Economics in 2018, which covered topics including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, and Portfolio Management. He completed a Master's Degree in Finance from Lancaster University, graduating with First Class.

Yvette’s responsibilities include overseeing all office operations for the US. She is innovative with over 15 years’ experience in project management, marketing and operations. Yvette has extensive experience working with cross functional teams across all levels including legal, IT, sales, marketing, finance and customer service. She worked with Verizon Wireless for 20 years in various roles including marketing, event management, project management and operational support. She also volunteers in her church as a Finance Manager and as an Event Manager in her family business.
